SCARM Refund Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions and details on where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


SCARM Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days only after receiving the product.

  • Each order is eligible for ONE exchange only.

  • The item must be:

    • In its original condition

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

    • With all original tags attached

⚠️ If these conditions are not met, the exchange request will not be processed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
